Quests Empty Quests

I think I already asked Valken but Im not sure. While doing a quest is the 400+ word bonus included or do you just get the stats bonus alone? In other words would I be able to do more than four hundred and get the bonus along with the quest rewards?

You get the bonus only when you train. Quests already have their own bonuses.
