Nakato Saian Warrior (Training begins)

((Hey guys, here is my latest piece of work, hope you all like it!))

Nakato felt a sense of pride, and excitement, he was preparing for his journey, for it was only a week until he set off on his journey to the royal palace, where he would commence with his training with his uncle King Vegeta. The decision was made last night, that he would now be training his skills for the next three days, getting the basics up to scratch.
Today he was working on perfecting his ki blast, he would not stop until he had perfected it to the most he could, and after a good long sleep only now did he understand the performance he needed to be able to withstand the training he would receive. Without this basic formula he would not be able to perform the Gallick Gun, he was only making his way down the stairs from his bedroom, and already his excitement level was off the charts, surely it would way out over the next few days, he would find out soon,
He came down to the breakfast table to enjoy the family for dinner, once again excitement and joy filled Nakato, it was one of the rare times where his whole family were gathered around one table, enjoying a meal, exchanging stories, jokes and dramas, it was great.
It was not long before he had eaten breakfast, showered, dressed and was ready to head out the door, he said goodbye to his mother as she returned to her ward out at the airport. He watched as she flew off, zooming through a thick cloud of dust, the plains he lives on picks up quite a lot of dust, they get a dust storm about every week. Today looked pretty thick, must not eerie thick, just a nice pleasant mysterious thick. He sent off a big wave, which he continued, even a few seconds after his mother had disappeared.
He decided not to wear his robe today, it was a gift from his father, and you know with the whole family pride thing, he says it represents their family, it’s their crest colours. When Nakato first heard this, he had to be told where they kept the crest, what it was and where it came from. That was a long day, anyway... he decided not to wear it, and he didn’t want to ruin it in the dust.
He had set out the door, a feeling well known to him, setting out the door and moving onto a dry flat ground. It had a homely feeling. Takumori had asked if he could come, but Nakato refused and told him he might train with him that night.
After a few minutes of walking he had found a good spot to train. Today he would work on his ki blast, it needed work, of course like many he could perform it, but he needed to work on his distribution and accuracy. So first he decided to work on his distribution. He needed to know how powerful he could make it, without sapping too much ki, it was a delicate process. First he decided to line up some rocks, he collected some off the ground, he found a nice small one about the size of softball, then one the size of a basketball, then finally he found one that was the size of about a.... well he didn’t know, it was a large rock to say the least.
He took some steps back, examining his fine lining up skills, he then decided to start on the first rock, he had lined up some other rocks behind it, and the aim was, to completely destroy the softball rock, completely destroy no traces left. Then he had to have not used too much energy or not have landed any other scratches on the other rocks lying behind it. It would be hard, but he had set this first one up several times and was prepared for disaster.
He kneeled down, onto his left knee, he settled his arm out in front, steadily gathering the ki in his finger, this brought distinct memories back, from the Gallick Gun incident, and he tried not to think back. He focused on the ki gathering; he aimed it up perfectly with the rock.
He breathed in slowly not moving his body around so much, he set his eyes upon his target, as if his eyes were binoculars he zoomed in on the softball rock. He set his gaze around its surface, seeing it’s every curve and bump.
He then closed his eyes, focusing the ki into the shape of the rock, perfectly aligning the shape, he remembered various bumps on it, and a jagged lump was on its top right half. He began to shape the ki; it was about ready although he still needed to work out how much power to let off.
He thought back once again to his Gallick Gun incident. He had used too much then, although it didn’t feel like that much. So he new whatever he had he needed to downsize that. He felt that he had the right amount but he wasn’t sure, so he deducted a bit of ki from it, he was now ready to fire.
He had aimed it up perfectly, he had the shape, he had the power, this was it, and he was ready. He held his arm straight, his finger out, perfectly aligned with the softball rock, he sent the energy through, he felt his finger pulsing, he felt the energy rising, his finger shook slightly but he ignored it and kept his finger straight, while he was in such a serene state he finally fired the shot, it flew through the air, at a lightning pace, he was so engulfed in the attack that when he looked up, he only saw a large cloud of dust
“Quack!” a duck flew overheard, this startled Nakato at the last minute, his finger swayed to the side and struck the edge of the softball rock, he spun crazily from he impact of the attack.
“Geez, that was unlucky!” Nakato chuckled, as he moved over lining his finger up with the next softball rock. He once again was crouched, he pictured the shape, studying it well, his eyes wrapping around its every bump. He then focused on the power, this softball rock was a bit larger, so he raised the power a bit more, but retained his concentration, and he lined it up, waited a few seconds, just to make sure that the duck from before wasn’t leading a flock; it was now time for his second attempt.
He kept his finger straight, he got the same old buzzing feeling, his finger shook less now, he was beginning to get used to it, he aimed well keeping in line with it, he fired the shot, then looked up to see the result...
Perfect shot! He had done it, the rock was completely shattered, it crumbled and scattered along the ground, the other rocks lying behind it were untouched. He had done it; maybe it was just a lucky shot. He moved on to the other rocks to find out.
Turns out he was a bit of a lucky shot, but each time he improved. His first day of training was pretty successful and he ran into no more ducks. But he thought he would have some more sparring with Bandit later on in the next few days before he left, that’s if bandit was feeling up to it.
Nakato had a new spring in his step, he is now glad in a sort of way, that his father had this talk, things were starting to look up for Nakato, he was still cautious of his journey he had to make to the palace. It would be a test in its own getting through the crazy street, surely there would be great battles awaiting him, ones that would force him out of his comfort zone, and ones that would be easy. He couldn’t wait to find out but first he had to run home and spread the news to his father, that the training plan seemed to work out, but would it run smoothly tomorrow?
