Hey Korn got some different masters ideas.
For now in seperate posts I'll give you a few idea's I thought would give the RPG variety so to speak. And even if you want to have like an alternate universe I have a cool use for old DBZ masters.

Master Shen
Requirements: Must be evil, PL equal or greater than 1000
Bonuses: +15 to SPD, +10 to AGI
Master Techniques: 4 arms, 8 arms
Master Fighting Style: Crane
4 Arms Attack
Type: Melee
PV: 0
KD: 5
Actions: +5 to AGI + +5 to SPD
Description: During the 22nd World Tournament, Tien uses this attack against Goku in the finals. The attack allows Tien to grow two additional arms out of his back, and attack much more often..
Requires: none.
8 Arms Attack
PV: 0
KD: 10
Actions: 1 action + +10 to SPD + +5 to END
Description:
8 Arms Attack - When Goku fights Tien during the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai, Tien uses his 4 Arms attack on Goku (seen above this attack). In defense, Goku decides to use an 8 arms attack, which works even better. Because of the extra arms Goku is able to fight much faster and attack/block more often.
Requires: Four Arms Attack
Crane Fighting Style
PV: 0
KD: 0
Actions: +15 to SPD, +10 to AGI when in battle and using this stance.
Description:
Crane Fighting Style - This is the quick and cunning style of one Master Shen. As Master Roshi devined his own "Kame" Fighting Style, Shen would have to form his own defense against it.
Requires: All Techniques and Training from Master Shen.

Description: This is the ability to create a fake moon by compressing the atmosphere with a ball of energy. Once the fake moon has been made a Saiyan can use this to turn Oozaru, just as Vegeta did against Goku. In the dub they say Bardock is the one who invented this attack, but as far as I know, that's wrong.
Rock, Paper, Scissors.

Description: This is Yamcha's signature attack in Dragonball. He charges at his opponent and unleashes a fury of kick and punches, which proves extremely effective against weaker opponents.
Requires: Completed training under Roshi.
Kame Fighting Style
PV: 0
KD: 0
Actions: +10 to STR, +10 to SPR when in battle and using this stance.
Description:Master Roshi's adapted turtle style that he mixed into his own. It increases flow of your Ki as well as gives you a better feel in your strength
Requires: All Techniques and Training from Master Roshi.

Yeah I Think you should, not just because it's an addition but it should be based upon stats without Ki usage. And you can only use one style per battle, Eventually the problem I have is if we don't segregate Evil, Neutral, and Good Alliances, everyone will have the same techs. So upon the alliances such as )Evil( )Neutral( )Good( this would sway new members from choosing their alliance. For all would serve their purpose you see? Each path has their own trail. All paths have their advantages as in the series of Dragonball, but everyone has their own techniques. So a soul evil person would have certain advantages over a neutral and good, and visa versa. It would make members think about creating a character. I know how some people think well I started as this but now I wanna be this,you'd be classified as neutral, you'd have certain techs based on neutral. As opposed to people who wanna be like well my character is evil and I just wanna mess things up as far as planets and such, which would bring in all three alliances regardless of your character. You could base saga's off that evil character. And last but not least, Lets say you have a pure character (Good) Kami, Roshi, and even if you wanted to put dende in as a master. They wouldn't train neutral or evil characters, maybe neutral if your storyline leads that way, but in the end, Roshi wouldn't train and evil character. Nor a neutral unless he felt some sort of good in the character.
NOW --
As far as fighting styles are concerned, I think we need to focus more on defense since half the site so far is based on gaining techniques that are attack proned. Fighting styles should be stat based. Such as If you train under a certain master they should give you specific gains. Like if your training under a master ( Good, Neutral, Evil) All of which have their specific stats, it shouldn't be towards a whole, instead their style would modify your stats as far as END, SPD, AGI, and STR, either one, that way you could have more masters, and a greater income of roleplays towards a certain master. See what I'm saying? For instance.

Sounds reasonable, may be added together with the official saga. Btw, soon there will be jobs aswell that may require a certain allignment and add to it.
Possible jobs will be:
LV 1 -> LV 2 -> LV 3
Officer -> Law Enforcer -> Super Hero
Crimminal -> Rogue -> Mafia Boss
Teacher -> Sensei -> Master
Punk -> Brawler -> Street Fighter
Any more ideas?

Street Fighter is preety obvious, Officer is obvious aswell, Super Hero like Saiyaman, Crimminal and Mafia Boss is again, obvious.
Maybe: Wanderer -> Adventurer - > Treasure Hunter
Btw the law enforcering jobs will give +1 alignment per week while crime jobs will give -1

I agree pine's jobs don't fit with the style.
Also, what about jobs branching off different ways, eg:
Soldier -> Mercenary -> Warlord (evil alignment path)
Soldier -> Veteran -> General (good alignment path)
Or different starting jobs lead to the same end job, eg:
Soldier -> Mercenary -> Warlord
Criminal -> Mercenary -> Warlord
Also, having different jobs could make other ones become available.
Maybe some jobs require that you've been in some other job first. OR maybe you can transfer to other jobs of the same level (maybe transferring jobs makes you start off 1 level lower then your old job?)
Also, perhaps having more than just 3 levels for would be better?

wow... its harder to think of good ones than you'd think. Alot of them don't seem to be applicable to DBZ fighter type people. I mean you could suggest heaps of stuff like 'shop owners' or 'scientists', or whatever, but really they aren't fitting.
Also lets not forget that 'earth jobs' aren't the only ones out there. We could have stuff like 'frieza soldier', or 'low class warrior', 'saiyan elite', etc.
(again there are a number of fairly 'unfitting' jobs, such as being a namekian elder or something. I acctually think jobs aren't really something we should add. We're adventurers and warriors, not people who should be tied down by tedious 'jobs' and such.)
edit: on the subject of masters, i must say i think king vegeta should not be a master, especially with such an important role (stopping the tail grab thing).
He is a king, a ruler of an entire planet, not some guy who goes around training random people. As a king of the saiyans the task of training people should be far below him.
So rather then training under king vegeta it should be either training under someone else, or 'saiyan elite training' or something. King vegeta should not be a trainer.
Also, in keeping with dbz canon it should be that saiyans lose their weakness of getting their tail pulled once their power level reaches a high enough level. (or their tail can get cut off to lose that weakness sooner, but then they also lose their great ape form)

either chose to have it removed, or they could lose it in a fight.
(maybe if their health is below a certain amount or something the other person can chose to try and remove their tail. Or maybe if they have a certain item like a sword they can do it easier.)

Hey, Having an andriod character it doesn't quite feel right for them to 'train under a master' as they are. I was thinking that perhaps some different types of masters could be introduced.
For example for andriods 'masters' could be scientists like Dr Gero, and Dr Briefs. (this would be fitting also of some new races, like the tuffle race that i suggested, seen as they rely on technology its fitting).
This could also extend into other types of 'masters' as well (or possibly 'race specific' masters)

As we see in the series, androids aren't just machines and they can learn from their surroundings so if an android is trained by a master he could learn new moves and get stronger.

Still doesn't fit the same, also i find myself feeling very much against the idea of an andriod using kamehameha, or training under a matrial arts master in general is just not fitting of how they have been set out in dbz. My suggestion still stands anyway though, having different types of masters would be good.
Just like race-specific techniques and stuff would also be good, having things only certain races can use makes picking your race more interesting and makes sense. If everyone can do everything it just makes the characters feel generic and boring.

Well then i think the key here is communication. We aren't psychic, so unless you tell us this stuff we aren't going to know. So how about you get to telling us what techniques and items and stuff are race specific and whatnot?
About the only thing you've done is have andriod-only upgrades, and make it that androids can't use sensu beans.
