Own techniques now!

Think about it! What if you could create your own unique technique?
For example:

Crusher Bomb, Super Final Flash, Doomsday Missile
My idea would be that you post a roleplay containing atleast 400 words, where you invent and master the technique!

Once you finish it, you put the exact information of your technique and after approval,
The technique is added to a special topic of custom moves. The technique can only be mastered by you if you decide so, or you can teach it to another player!
One custom technique per player, and it must be reasonable.

This is just an example:

Dark Spirit Bomb
*Finisher*
PV: 70
KD: 0
Actions: 5
Description: Spirit Bomb and Death Ball combined and destroys the universe!!!
Requires: Death ball, Spirit bomb, PL of 100 000
can only be used if the opponent has 30% or lower HP.

Hmmmmmm... maybe that sounds crazy.
This would be something good, atleast it puts something unique to each sharacter.
The attack could also be melee or boost. Maybe androids could create some techs like absorption or energy drain. Moves like auto win and world domination won't be accepted!

The problem is everyone could make a technique at any PL and will result in a custom technique showdown. Plus, many of them will just get rejected because they will be too strong.

My attacks would be Golden Rod, Super Kamehameha, and super piledriver.
