Part 2: The amusement park
Amusement Park, New Orleans
10:30 A.M Daybreak
"Dale, you can't ride the Ferris wheel.", a mother replied to her child that was begging to go on the ride. "But MOM!!", her son constantly groaning and whining. Unfortunately, Dale did not qualify the minimum height to go on the amusement ride. "C'mon, lets find another ride suitable for you.", the mother spoke dragging him by the wrist. Losing his mother's attention, Dale carefully slid from her grasp and wandered off to a nearby amusement facility, the fun house. The child was fascinated from the many distorted imaginary figures of him displayed in each mirror. But he didn't notice the eerie noise that shrilled from a close distance. After a short silent pause, the second noise startled the boy. "W-what was that?", dale frantically looking in both directions. "MOMMY!", he cried running towards the near exit of the building. Before he knew it, he was lost in the facility aching to find a way out. Dale stood stationary quivering and embracing himself. A second later, he noticed that he had urinated in his pants from the fright invading his mind. A strange dark figure had infiltrated the interior, its rapacious sounds signaling every movement.
"My boy! He's gone!", the mother cried weeping on an officer's shoulder. "Don't worry, we'll find your son sooner or later.", officer James spoke attempting to sooth the worried mother. The police had made their way in the carnival searching at every corner of the park. Yet no lost boy was found at the hour. The coppers made their way into the fun house Dale wandered in inspecting the crime. No body was to be found, except for a blood mark stained on the floor. "Whats this?", Lieutenant Deckland whispered at his crew as he collected the remaining residue. "Looks like 3 homicidal cases this week.", he proclaimed clenching his fist. Breach carried the carcass in one of his hands leaping throughout the outskirts of the city. The android checked it's data base, scanning the body visually. He then took the body and threw it off the roof where it landed in a nearby dumpster.
Computer Voice: Human Life Form, Scan Complete.
Without ado, the android advanced itself and traveled far from the city to a nearby open fields. From each life form scanned, Breach attains more knowledge and power. From the last 3 humans killed, he has gained enough intelligence to learn partial english and understand through auditory. But it was still too weak, longing the purpose to seek a true perfect form.
Breach slowly clenched his fist glancing at the gaunt windswept horizon. Suddenly, an open palm was raised bombarding the landscape with multiple ki blasts. His potential power had gradually increased, and attempted to test it's strength. The terrain exploded, dozens of rocks emerging from the surface upon contact from the striking energy bolts. Breach could feel itself fueled with intense energy and was ready to launch another set of ki blasts. Again, he raised his palm aiming at a far distant boulder and shot a penetrating energy missile at it. The intensity shook the earth surrounding him, debris shooting across the winds. "I.....Need....More....Power.", the android spoke.
Meanwhile at the Police Military..
The room was silent, Deckland sat on his wooden jagged chair frustrated examining the evidence from the crude crisis. He finally let out a loose sigh, as he slumped into his hand resting his head. "I don't get it...Is this guy even human?", he whispered to himself as his mind baffled with thoughts. The lieutenant stood up, and paced back and forth in the dark room. The broken light bulb flickered on and off emitting a weak light in the room. Hours have passed, the delay increasing throughout time. "Um sir, you should really take a break from the case.", Officer James spoke as he stepped in the room. Deckland let out another tiring sigh, his face was haggard from today's hard work. "Alright lets get some coffee, I'll buy.", he said exiting the room, then James.
