Getting back in shape

Ken awoke sometime in the afternoon. It was nice and sunny outside with stratus clouds scatter high in the atmosphere. It was pretty humid so even though it wad only about 70 degrees it felt around 80. It was going to rain mabey later that week. 

 Ken was out of commision for a while due to being extreamly lazy for a while. He was out of shape because he had not been fighting or training. Because of th lazy lifestyle he was tired most of the day because his motabilism slowed down from not training and eating right. He also gained a ring of fat around his stamoch as the muscles there weaking. He wasn't a lard ass but his six pack along with most of his defenition was gone. He is planning to start doing his mission again and taking planets to sell them, but for that he would need to transform his body into the fighting machine it once was.

 He got up from his hammack and looked around his camp was a mess. He walked outside and went to a small lake where he could wet his face. Then looke at the reflection the new body he had let go. Then he began to go walk atnleast a mile away from his camp so his training would not do any damage. Although Ken had let his body go he still had the mind of a fighter and how train and work on his technique. He had it all planned out in his head. He can't just began fighting again outbid no where without first gaining a solid body. Without a good foundation even the most biggest tallest and sterdy building will fall to the weakest storm. A fighter can't exspect to be able to take alot of damage unless his body was as solid as rock, and Ken at the moment was anything but solid. If he were to get punched in the stomach his soft belly would give way and his organs would easily be damaged. 

  He finally arrived to his destination. The plains were filled with mostly tall grass and some dead trees. Ken began to stretch out before his workout. Everyone knows that if you don't stretch you will not get the full benifets of training. He did a series of full body stretches each for about 30 seconds untill his whole body felt loose. Then he found dead tree that looked likenit could still suport his weight. He flew up and hung upside down by his legs.he usually did about 1000 upside down sit ups so he figured that he should do 500. He blew threw the first 100 easily he slowed down after 200 then he started to struggle at about 350. Then everything after that was a struggle. He began to sweat and breath heavily. His abs were burning like fire, his body felt as if it would split in half because of the burn. Only one more to go. It felt like an hour for that one last rep but with a loud grunt he completed it and fell off the tree. He rested in that spot for about an our before he got up. It was time to move on to the next phase of his training.

  He found a some rather large rocks and some a large vine. He used the vine to tie varies sized rocks to his body to weigh him down. Two small but dense sized rocks to his wrist a large rock on his back much like a turtle shell and two medium sized rocks to his ankles. Then after everything was secure, he sprinted as fast as he could for about half a mile then he jumped into the air and began flying. He flew high into the air then tried to stop on a dime, he was a little rusty so it took about 7 seconds to fully stop. He began punching and kicking in the air throwing a couple of combos. The weights were really doing the job, every punch was a work out on it's own. Then he flew off again he held his hand out in front of his body and began to focus some energy into his hand. He was going to use the few trees down there as target practice. He began to shoot at a group of trees there were about 5 and he only was able to hit 3. "Not bad" he said to himself.  Then he dissapeared and reappeared on the ground before a great boulder. He attemped to punch it. A small crack appeared. but nothing more. Then he focused energy into his hands again and began to let it build a little bit bore. Then he began to slowly release it in the form of a small beam that went into the boulder and cause more cracks then more untill the boulder completely colapsed into smaller rocks. That was enough training for today. He decided he would just sleep in that area instead of the comfort of home. He took off his make shift training weights then laid down and closed his eyes.

I do like the realisticness of this, the fact that he hasn't trained and is now out of shape, too bad it doesn't happen like this in dbz, its a good rp, and I like it! Good job,
